The Provider is to provide a reactive cleaning and supply provision as follows:


All events that require a cleaning service and which are of an extremely urgent nature, life threatening situations and severe disruption or distress to pupils, visitors or staff shall be completed, contained or made safe on first attendance at site following call-out, within one hour of call-out during core hours

All events that require a cleaning service and which are disruptive or create hazards shall be attended to within 2 hours. All shortfalls in sanitary facilities supplies shall be made good within 2 hours during core hours.
