Medieval Vila.  XIII-XIV A.D. Declared Propery of Cultural Interest

The building is considered of the finest examples of Conquest churches. It was built on the old mosque, some remains of which are still preserved.

This  Christian church with its bell tower was built in the late thirteenth - beginning of the fourteenth century.

It is a rectangular building with a single entrance, which preserves an extraordinary coffered ceiling resting on a structure of diaphragm arches. On the walls there are presented various chivalric scenes, medieval bestiary of animals, plants and heraldic motifs.

On the walls of the temple there are paintings preserved from the early days  - scenes of St. Stephen, St. Barthelemy , St. Peter Martyr of Verona and Santa Barbara.

The main entrance, built in the mid-fourteenth century, consists of a triple archivolt supported by Gothic columns. It has a unique decor that refers to God on the heavenly throne and mortality in forms of humans, animals and plants.

The last construction period of Church de la Sangre took place on Valencian Dominican of San Luís Beltrán, canonized by Clement X in 1671 and San Vicente Ferrer.
