Name of the Paragraph 1

You should submit papers in the following format; text should not exceed 6000 characters (approximately). There should be no numeration of pages and minimum of automatic formatting from MS Word, as all papers will be formatted into a consistent style for the proceedings. All text should be written with Times New Roman font and single spacing. The title of the paper is of 14pt size and bold. You should then leave a blank line and write with 12pt bold name of the author(s) of the paper. The next line should name the institution of the author, including contact details. This should be written with one line for each author (including, at least, the institution if the person is co-author and not presenting) if there is more than one – 12pt italics.

Again leave one blank line and write the abstract in 12 pt italic. Leave one more blank line below the abstract and start the text of the article. It should be written in 12 pt with no additional effects. You should select justified formatting. Leave one blank line between paragraphs. You can use paragraph names, but this is optional. If you decide to use named paragraphs write them with bold text and with centre alignment leaving one line above and below the name (as used in this document). If you will need to use some mathematical formulas insert them using Microsoft Equation in separate lines with property "in text" and aligned to centre:

You may also wish to number them; if so, use round brackets on the right side of the formula. If you wish to add a picture or other illustrative material it is strongly recommended to use insert only pictures from picture files. Try to avoid using Word's build in graphics. Pictures should be inserted in the same way as formulas.

References in text should be noted like this [1] – numbered in square brackets. Try not to use too many references (not more than 5). References should be included at the end of the paper in standard format, and some examples are given below.
