APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR FOREIGN EXCHANGE STUDENTS 1 APPLICANTS CAN Application Procedures for Foreign Exchange Students

1. Applicants can obtain 《Exchange Student Program Application Form of HCFS》at the Office for International Cooperation & Exchange or download it on the college website http://www.hnflc.cn.  (click here to download)


2. The application forms shall be completed by typing in English, with the photo of the applicant plastered and signature affixed and sent to [email protected] in scanned pdf. form.


3. After verification, the college will send 《Visa Application Form for Foreign Students》(《Form JW202》for short), 《Admission Letters of Hunan College of Foreign Studies》, 《Notice and Remarks on Registration》as well as 《Record on Medical Check for Foreign Students》. Applicants within a study period of less than 6 months do not need this medical check record.


4. The applicant shall apply for visa at the local Chinese embassy or consulate of the host country of the applicant with 《Admission Letters of Hunan College of Foreign Studies》, 《Form JW202》and《Record on Medical Check for Foreign Students》.



5. Exchange students shall register at International Students Office with all the documents within the period stipulated in the Admission Letters.
