NORTH WALES CARDIAC NETWORK WORK PROGRAMME APRIL 2009 – MARCH 2011
The Network Work Programme for 2009/11 has been devised by the Network Support Team in collaboration with the Cardiac Collaborative Group. The Programme takes into account the actions necessary to meet the Quality Requirements in the Updated CHD NSF Quality Requirements, which have been highlighted as priority areas for the region, together with the actions necessary to support the SaFF Targets.
The success of delivering the Network Work Programme depends upon the excellent collaborative work fostered in the network between the Network Support Team, the Cardiac Collaborative Group and the various Clinical Topic Work Groups. In 2007, the Network saw the development of the Network Patient Reference Group. The Communication strategy continues to develop with the publication of the 6th Network Newsletter and the development of the Network Intranet site.
