Multiple $500 scholarships awarded to this spring’s High School Graduates


WHOM:

Any high school senior who is attending a Vernon County school (including the Vo-Tech) who will attend a college or vocational school upon graduation.


WHEN:

Application forms are available from School Counselors or Ag Advisors and are to be submitted by April 15th

2. List FFA and/or 4-H activities and any offices held.
















3. List school activities (other than FFA or 4-H). Include awards received, offices held, etc.

4. List community or volunteer activities.






















5. List work experiences, either agriculture related experiences or outside job. Include plans for summer employment.











6. Describe your college plans by listing the school you plan to attend, the major course of study and your career goals following graduation.


7. On a separate sheet of paper, please submit a handwritten, brief essay explaining why you should be the recipient of the Vernon County Cattlemen’s Scholarship. Include your past, current and future association with the beef cattle industry.



8. Enclose a copy of your High School Academic and Activity Transcript.
