1 Overview

oneM2M TP has received the LS in document ISO/IEC JTC 1/WG 10 N 348, explaining the scope and work on ISO/IEC Technical Report of Use Cases for IoT, and the “USE CASE Templates derived from IEC 62559-2” in ISO/IEC JTC 1/WG 10 N 90.

oneM2M TP appreciates the kind invitation to ISO/IEC JTC 1/WG 10 liaisons, to consider submitting an IoT use case to the next meeting of ISO/IEC JTC 1/WG 10 in May in Berlin for inclusion in the IoT Use Cases Technical Report.

oneM2M TP would like to kindly draw the attention of ISO/IEC JTC 1/WG 10 to “oneM2M-TR-0001-UseCase” where use cases submitted by oneM2M members are documented.

In order to avoid inconsistencies or duplication of work, oneM2M TP kindly proposes ISO/IEC JTC 1/WG 10 to reference to “oneM2M-TR-0001-UseCase”.

The referenced Use Cases have been the base for the development of the oneM2M REL.1 technical specification suite already published.

oneM2M TP would like to kindly draw the attention of ISO/IEC JTC 1/WG 10 to already existing product implementations based on oneM2M REL1 technical specifications in the market.
