This is 28 consecutive days after the day on which the application was submitted to the council. The notice shall be displayed throughout this period.



  1. Display of notice


The completed notice shall be displayed prominently at or on the premises to which the application relates where it can be conveniently read from the exterior. In the case of premises 50 Meters square (2’500m2) a further notice in the same form shall be displayed every 50 metres along the perimeter of the premises abutting the highway.



  1. Colours of Display

The regulations specify that the notice shall be light blue in colour and at least A4 in size. So if using copies, or downloads ensure that you print on appropriate paper/card. The council licensing team will be pleased to send you notices on request.
