1. Appropriate footwear to be worn.

2. All walkers to be aware of potential en route hazards, e.g. cyclists.

3. All participants to carry emergency contact number of a friend or relative in case of incident.

4. Walk at a comfortable pace

1. In the case of participant unable to complete, transport to be arranged to pick up walker. Minimum of 2 walkers to wait for transport before proceeding.
