Job Title: Finance Business Analyst


Grade: E


Department: CAF Bank


Main purpose of job:

To work closely with colleagues in Finance and the CAF Bank Transformation Project, helping to shape the functional and non-functional business requirements to deliver the project.


Responsible to: Finance Manager and Program Lead (dual reporting line)

  • Experience of being responsible to a team and sponsor for the progress and requirements gathering of change requests.

  • Experiencing of dealing personally with more difficult aspects of the change requests and resolve conflicts as they occur

  • Will have been involved as a business analyst in the complete project cycle of a number of significant projects and change initiatives in both Agile (SCRUM) and Prince2

  • Experience in continuous process improvement and implementation of quality standards for business analysis and change activities
