I can confirm that the London Rent Assessment Panel holds some of the information that you have asked for, and I am pleased to provide this to you.

Miss J E Guest was appointed as a part time fee paid chairman of the RPTS on 18 May 2011 by the Lord Chancellor. The first date Miss J E Guest sat as chair was on 25 April 2012.

The London Rent Assessment Panel do not hold details of Miss J E Guest’s qualifications and experience. Miss J E Guest was successful in a lawyer chair recruitment exercise carried out by the Judicial Appointments Commission (JAC) in 2010-11. Please note this information would not be provided to you by the Judicial Appointments Commission as it is exempt from disclosure under section 40(2) of the Act.
