We invite you for participation in the seventh International Scientific and Training Conference „Interdisciplinary Aspects of Beauty, Health and Disease”.
We
encourage to share your knowledge , experiences, views and research
results in the field of health care. Admittance for giving a paper
at the Conference or participation in the poster session will be
determined by the Scientific Committee. The time for the speech
is
15 minutes. The participants of the conference will have a chance to
issue their articles in
a monograph published by the State
Higher School of Technology and Economics in Jarosław.
PAPER REQUIREMENTS:
The title page should include: the full name of the paper in both Polish and English, the name and surname of the author(s) including degree, the name of the institution (Polish and English version) and its address, the first letter of the name and surname of the head of the institution the paper comes, the name and surname, address, telephone and fax numbers as well as e-mail address of the correspondence author, current place of work of the authors.
Summary should be prepared in
Polish and English, each version shouldn’t contain more than
250 words. Five main parts should be taken into account in the
summary of the original paper: Introduction, The Aim of the Paper,
The Material and Methods, Results, Conclusions. A preview paper can
be divided in another way.
After the summary one should submit
from 3 to 5 key words (in Polish and English) according to Medical
Subject Headings Index Medicus.

Each submitted paper will undergo an initial review for applicability by the Conference Scientific Committee. The Scientific Committee is entitled to send back the summary which does not correspond to the above needs. In case the author does not correct the mistakes within 7 days, the paper won’t be accepted by the Committee.
The papers submitted after the due period won’t be accepted.
Poster Session:
Poster size: not more than 850 mm x 1200 mm.

PUBLISHING IN MONOGRAPH - 2018
The monograph can include review papers, original and case reports compatible with the theme of the Conference. The publishing of the paper in the monograph constitutes 200,00 PLN (payment must be made after positive paper review and acceptance for publishing).
The Conference Committee reserves the right to omit the papers that don’t conform to the Regulations and the Standards for Writing Papers from the conference proceedings.
The papers prepared in accordance with the Regulations will be reviewed by experts in the above mentioned field. Positive opinion of reviewers will be the basis of paper acceptance for publication by the Editors of the monograph. The authors of the paper charge no fees for publishing in the monograph. The paper/chapter authors will receive a copy of the monograph, without incurring the cost of its purchase.

Guidelines for the preparation of working paper for monograph:
The structure of the working paper:
Each paper should have minimum 20
000 signs including spaces – without summary
(the volume
of at least 0,5 of publishing sheet), and not more than 23 000
signs
including spaces.
The title page should include the full paper title in Polish and English, the names of the author(s), including the degrees, the name of the institution (in Polish and English) and address, the first letter of the name and surname of the head of the institution from which the article comes, the name and surname, the address, the telephone number, the fax number and address, e-mail address of the correspondence author as well as current place of work of the authors.
Summary should be prepared in Polish and English, each version shouldn’t contain more than 250 words. The summary of the original paper should be divided into five sections:
Introduction,
The purpose of the study,
Materiałs and methods,
Results,
Conclusions.
A summary of a preview paper can be divided in another way.
After the summary one should submit from 3 to 5 key words (in Polish and English) according to Medical Subject Headings Index Medicus.
Paper text:
Preview paper should be divided into the following sections: introduction, the purpose, explication, summation, writing.
Original paper should contain: introduction, the purpose of the paper, material and methods, results (text, tables and results graphs, illustrations), discussions, conclusions, writing.
Writing in a paper should be placed in the order of citation, a serial number should be given in square brackets, eg . [1,2]. Each position should contain: author(s) surname and first letters of names (if there are not more than six authors, they are to be mentioned, if there are seven authors or more, three of them are to be mentioned with a note “ et al”), title of the paper, publishing house (or name of the publication), place of publication, year, volume and/or number (Arabic numerals), the page number (the starting and the final page) (in collective publications and editions). In case of websites usage, the date of entry into the site should be submitted.

Editorial instructions regarding the electronic version:
Text should be written in Times New Roman (CE), 12 points, line spacing – 1,5, margines: left and right – 2,5 cm, top and bottom – 2,5 cm, indents – 1,25 cm, page numbers – the bottom of the page, in the middle. Don’t make any changes in the text, such as bold, only Latin names should be written in italics. Abbreviations along with explanation should be given in parentheses at the first occurrence in the text, for example: „According to World Health Organization, WHO)”.
Tables
Tables should be placed in the middle of the page. The title of the table should be written in bold, font size 12, it should be written above the table, from the left side of the table. The internal and external lines should be thin, continuous, thickness ½ points. Text in the table should be written in Times New Roman 10, spacing -1,0, headings in the table should be aligned to the center, the wording of the text should be aligned to the left and the numbers to the right side, for example:

Drawings / figures / graphs
Graphs,
drawings, photos, maps are considered to be figures.
Drawings
should be done in
black and white or
gray scale, with usage of tools
set out in the word processors and
saved in a format
acceptable by
Microsoft Word.
Figure should
be centered,
title and number of the figure
(from left, bold,
font size 12),
the source (font
size 10) - placed
under the figure. Each figure and each table should be cited in the
text. The citation should include the figure/table number. The
figures/tables should be cited in the following way:
„…
as shown in Table 1.” ; one shouldn’t cite them in the
following way ,,……as shown in the Table below”.
Tables and figures
included in the text,
shouldn’t exceed
the margins of
the article.
The author
(s) should submit
a signed statement (it is added in
“Statement” attachment) stating that:
a)
the paper has not been published before and hasn’t been
published elsewhere (in another journal/publisher);
b) the submitted article has been approved by all co-authors and institutions in which it has been written;
c) it is an original work and does not infringe on the copyrights and personal rights protected by law;
d)
in case the paper is approved for publication, the
author (s) agree
to an immediate and free of charge
transfer of all the copyright to
the Publisher;
e) the
author (s) is
(are) familiar with the
rules and information
referring to
monograph publishing and
will comply with
them.
The
statement should be
signed by all
the authors.
