The template is developed to collect, in a harmonised manner, information on the different mechanisms adopted by States and international organizations in order to mitigate space debris. Description:
For each national mechanism identified, please provide (i.) a brief general outline of its scope and (ii.) a description of the provisions related to space debris mitigation (direct citation and reference to particular provision, where applicable, would be a welcome added value). Please indicate the type of the national mechanism, i.e. national laws/regulations, national space agency policy, industrial standard.
Applicability:
For each national mechanism identified, please indicate its personal/territorial application and legal force (mandatory/voluntary).
