RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. The filling of the entry form signifies that the athlete agrees to abide by the rules of IAAF, SAA and that of the Organising Committee.

  2. The judges’ decision shall be final.

  3. TEAM: Four (4) persons, if they do desire, they may make a team without affecting their status in the individual competition. The best three (3) will score for the team championships.

  4. Substitution is allowed, provided that permission is approve by the meet manager, one (1) hour before the start of the race.

  5. Team Manager is to ensure that team members agree & abide by the above conditions

  7. Cheque and money orders should be crossed and made payable to the following:
