Use the template below to review key concepts mentioned in a chapter or unit.

Step 1: After students have read a chapter, create 9 questions related to the key concepts that you would like students to recall.

Step 2: Place one question in each of the 9 boxes in the template.

Step 3: Hand out a template to each student and have the students walk around the room and ask different students to answer each of the 9 questions.

Step 4: As the students collect answers, they should have their partner sign in the space below the question that they answered.

Step 5: You might suggest that the students take notes about what that student said for the answer.

Step 6: Bring the class back together and ask students to share each of the answers that they have on their grid.

Step 7: On the back of the paper, have students write the correct answers for each of the questions. This can serve as their study guide for the unit/chapter.

Directions: First, review the questions and try to find the answer in your textbook on pgs. 119-122 or 130-133(red) and write it down on the back of this sheet.

Next, walk around the room and find a person who can answer each of the questions. You MUST have different people answer each question.

Last, have the person who answered write their name in the box and write a quick note about what they said. Don’t worry if it is not right.
