O R D E R

The Delhi Medical Council through its Executive Committee examined a representation from the Police Station New Friends Colony, seeking medical opinion on a complaint of Smt. Bushra Khan, 786 IInd Floor, Noor Nagar, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi alleging medical negligence on the part of Dr. Chitra Raj and Dr. Maneesh Upal in the treatment administered of Smt. Bushra Khan.

The Order of the Executive Committee dated 20th June, 2018 is reproduced herein-below:

“The Executive Committee of the Delhi Medical Council examined a representation from the Police Station New Friends Colony, seeking medical opinion on a complaint of Smt. Bushra Khan, 786 IInd Floor, Noor Nagar, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi alleging medical negligence on the part of Dr. Chitra Raj and Dr. Maneesh Upal in the treatment administered of Smt. Bushra Khan.



The Delhi Medical Council noted that the SHO, Police Station, New Friends Colony, New Delhi, vide representation No.625/R.SHO/NFC dated 29.05.2018 has intimated that opinion on the complainant of Shri. Bushra Khan, 786, IInd Floor, Noor Nagar, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi was asked vide letter No. 11/WC/SHO/NFC, dated 23.01.2018 and now the complainant has withdrawn her complaint as the matter has been compromised as she has stated that her doubts have been cleared, hence, she does not want police action on her complainant.


In view of the same no further action is warranted in this case, hence the matter stands closed.”
