CORRIGENDUM

The notice inviting tenders for 09-works issued vide this office letter No.CEMD/T.Notice/AB/372 dated 15/04/2021, published in various daily leading National News Papers and uploaded on PPRA’s website vide TS No.449339E which are due to be sold upto 06.05.2021 and to be received on 07.05.2021 at 11;00A.M.

Following alterations are hereby made as under:-

In 2^ndline of the advertisement in the word “ relevant category” “having code EE-11 (Solar) and EE-04 with financial limit of Rs:5,00,00,000/- may read as added in the original advertisement.
Tender cost given against works at S.No.7 may be read as Rs:5,000/- instead of “10,000/-“
Before detail of works given in the advertisement titled S.No.2 in bold letters the works “CDR of Rs. One Million should be attached with application at the time of purchasing tender documents and CDR of remaining amount should be attached with financial bid” is deleted and replaced with “CDR of total bid cost should be attached with financial bid”
In S.No.3 of terms and conditions the words “Bank instrument” is hereby altered with the work Deposit at call (CDR)”.

Other contents of the advertisement will remain same.

Notice Inviting Tender

Sealed tenders are invited from the Contractors & authorized dealers/manufacturers, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council under relevant category on item rate basis. who duly possess valid renewal with PEC upto 2020-21. Tender documents can be purchased from the office of undersigned during office hours on any working day upto to 6^th May 2021, with written request on letter head of the firm accompanied with attested copy of CNIC, Income tax Registration Certificate as on active taxpayer list and copy of valid registration of PEC under relevant category. Tender will be issued to the proprietor of the firm / Company or their legally authorized representative having registered power of attorney (attested). The tenders in sealed cover should be dropped in the tender box kept in the office of undersigned at 11.00 A.M on 7^th May 2021. The respective technical bid will be opened on the same day at 11.30 A.M in the presence of contractors or their authorized representative and bid evaluation committee, having registered power of attorney. Other terms & conditions can be seen in the Tender documents.

TERMS & CONDITIONS.

No tender will be sold / issued on the date of opening of tenders and in case of public holiday, the receipt and opening of tenders will be on the next working day.
No tender will be issued / received through post, telegraph or E-Mail.
According to PPRA Rule-25, Bid security @ 4% of Bid amount in the shape of a bank instrument from the firm / company’s own account in any schedule Bank of Pakistan in favour of the Executive Engineer, Central E/M Division, Pak PWD, Quetta. No tender will be entertained without bid security @ 4% of bid price or less amount.
Tenders can be purchased on the prescribed cost (Non-refundable) in the shape of Pay Order Rs.10,000/- mentioned against the work noted below from the office of the undersigned during office hours upto 6^th May 2021.

Under Rule 33(1) of Public Procurement rules 2004, the competent authority reserves the right to reject all bid proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of bid.
The submission of tenders by the contractors implies that he is fully conversant with the site of work, scope of work and terms and conditions as laid down in the tender documents.

1. Method of Procurement: Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure, one containing Technical Proposal and other containing Financial Proposal.

Note:- Joint Venture is not allowed for these works. Firms having relevant experience / certifications are able to participate

2. CDR of Rs One million should be attached with application at the time of purchasing tender documents and CDR of remaining amount should be attached with financial bid.
