SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT

This agreement made on the _______ day of ___________________, 20_______ by and between TIMBERLANE YOUTH SOCCER LEAGUE (herein after known as “TYSL”) (501 (c) 3 non-profit Corporation, Federal Tax ID # 20-1490159) and ____________________________________________ (herein after known as the “Sponsor”) will be entitled to the list of items associated with the package chosen by the Sponsor. Upon receipt of the non-refundable donation from the Sponsor, TYSL agrees to use the donated funds for the purpose of supporting its recreational soccer program.

 TYSL Platinum Sponsor Package – If sponsoring 10+ teams, Division rate minus 15% discount per team will apply.

 TYSL Gold Sponsor Package – $200* DIVISION LEVEL (U10, U12, U14/U16 Divisions)
