Your Username and Password remain confidential and never disclosed to another member or person. If you believe that security has been breached you are to immediately report this to [email protected] so access can be suspended and a new Password allocated.
When accessing information on the TFS Intranet you shall not disclose, or use for personal advantage or for the advantage of any other person or entity, any information gained during and in consequence of your access to the site except as required for the purposes of your appointment as a volunteer officer or by law. This provision shall continue to apply to you following the termination or non-renewal of your appointment until such time as the information has been released by or with the approval of the Crown into the public domain.

Please Note: Every quarter your Password should be changed. The TFS may cancel your access to the Intranet if a serious breach of security is detected. For uninterrupted service you are requested to advise the TFS of any changes to your brigade status and e-mail details.
